S.A. Prum Essence Riesling is a vibrant Mosel Riesling sourced from the historic Domprobst vineyard in Graach, a renowned Grand Cru (VDP Grosse Lage) site.

This steep, south-to-southwest-facing vineyard features dramatic slopes of 45–75%, allowing grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while retaining freshness. The vines, averaging 30 years of age and planted mainly on original rootstock, grow in stony Devonian blue-grey slate soils that contribute precision, minerality, and structure. 

Composed in a refined, expressive style, this Riesling highlights purity of fruit, lively acidity, and the classic elegance associated with top Mosel wines with 10% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Color: Pale straw with bright clarity.

Aroma: Zesty and lifted, showing honeysuckle and subtle cream notes layered over stone fruit.

Palate: Crisp and energetic with pristine flavors of lemon, apple, and quince, supported by vibrant lime acidity and a focused citrus core.
